The high levels of service support offered to our customers requires us to keep significant stock levels of spare parts for all current models. Supporting this are our direct links with the manufacturers enabling us to obtain non-stock items quickly & efficiently.

Obsolete Equipment

 
During the last 20 years Adem has acquired four independent servicing companies, each one bringing a treasure trove of spare parts for a whole range of microfilm equipment including now obsolete machines.

In addition we have technical procurement knowledge which enables us to source and sometimes manufacture spare parts which would otherwise be unobtainable. We believe we are unique in the industry in providing this facility.
